- LE: 65- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE SOL: 36C24222Q0199 DUE: 12/15/2021 SET ASIDE: None NAICS: 339112 POP STATE: 12/28/2021- 12/27/2022 AGENCY: Department of Veterans Affairs Northport VAMC 79 Middleville Road, Northport NY 11768 Kendall N Jones Kendall.Jones@VA.GOV mailto: kendall.jones@va.gov DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO SCRIPTPRO USA INC. the Northport VAMC is currently seeking to purchase a ScriptPro Automation Workflow with 2 SP200 robots to include installation and removal of existing equipment. This new equipment will allow for electronic capture and be compatible with existing VISN 2 healthcare pharmacies. Procurement will be via existing FSS contract under the terms of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Market research was conducted and determined that SCRIPTPRO USA INC. is the only vendor capable of providing supplies necessary that meet the requirements off the Northport VAMC. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government All items are manufactured exclusively by SCRIPTPRO USA INC. and are distributed and installed exclusively by SCRIPTPRO USA INC. The vendor shall deliver and install the following equipment (Items shall be Brand Name Only): SP Central Workflow system with Pharmacy Services Portal (PSP - Kiosk check-in) and Narc vault solutions. Includes two SP 200 robots for main production, one CRS 75 robot for the narc vault, fourteen SP Datapoint workstations (3-manual pick, 3-check station, 3-profile booth, 1-window,3-narc vault, 1-inventory clerk), integrated PSP patient queuing and flow management software with one kiosk, and other software, hardware and services as detailed below. Including hardware, software, project management, workflow analysis, delivery, standard onsite training and full installation. Interfaces: Host system, USPS mail, UPS mail, EyeCon Optical counting device, VAMC Rx Paperwork w/ Med Guides. Quote also includes removal of existing robot and conveyor.
