Description

THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. This announcement constitutes a PRE-SOLICITATION notice in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2. On or about 16 December 2021, , the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District hereby announces its intent to issue a solicitation for �Vault Pumping Services�.� The solicitation will close on or about 14 January 2022.� This solicitation is OPEN TO SMALL BUSINESSES. Project Description:� This is a non-personal commercial services contract to provide Septic pumping/collection and disposal services at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Garrison Project/Lake Sakakawea.� The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform septic tank pumping for the Corps of Engineers. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services. Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. This is a fixed priced, performance-based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed. The Period of Performance for this effort is a 12-month base year + four (4) 12 month-option years. NAICS Code:� The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 562991, Septic Pumping Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $8M. Representations and Certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.
