Synopsis: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Order Agreement (BOA) order to procure six (6) LM2500 Gas Generator High Pressure Turbine Material Kits (3 SST & 3 PBT). Description/PN/Qty: SST Hot Section Kit/738L551G01/3 PBT Stage 1 Blade/L25747G03/162 PBT Stage 2 Blade/L24484G18/174 PBT Stage 1 Nozzle/L24461G09/93 PBT Stage 2 Nozzle/L21306G09/96 PBT Stage 1 Nozzle Boro/L24461G10/3 PBT Stage 2 Nozzle Boro/L21306G10/3 PBT Stage 2 Shroud/9082M58G0533 PBT HPT Tube/9051M36G08/3 PBT Seal Assembly/9687M78G03/9 PBT Seal Assembly/9687M78G04/9 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements,� as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the�requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and does not constitute a solicitation. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 336611 with a size standard of 1500.
