This Sources Sought announcement is published FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, pursuant to FAR 15.201(e) Exchanges with Industry.��No solicitation is available. In accordance with FAR 15.202, responses to this notice are NOT offers and CANNOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking to identify sources capable of supporting a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide Excel System Scaffolding to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Detachment Point Loma.� This is a requirements contract not to exceed five (5) years with a ceiling price not to exceed $15 million. This sources sought notice is a market research tool being utilized to identify potential and eligible firms capable of providing these materials prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP). As such, all interested parties are encouraged to respond.�Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.�A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� If your organization has the potential capacity to accomplish this requirement, please provide the following information: Organization name, address, website address, telephone number Organization point of contact, email address, telephone number Cage Code Both the size and type of ownership for the organization Tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims or organizational and staff capability Questions regarding this requirement may be emailed to Stephen Smith at�stephen.1.smith@dla.mil.
