- This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes, is not a solicitation, and does not constitute a commitment to or by the Government. Information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary. All information provided will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used to assist the Government in developing its acquisition strategy. The Government will not pay for information nor will it compensate any respondent for cost incurred in developing the information provided. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to improve interested parties� understanding of this requirement and the Government�s understanding of industry capabilities. The Internal Revenue Service, Office of Procurement, Office of Business Solutions Acquisition, Treasury Operations Branch is conducting market research to gather information regarding small business capability to meet all of the requirements stated in the attached draft Statement of Work. Interested parties are asked to provide the following information and response to questions: Company name and DUNS. Company point of contact name, title, email, and phone number. NAICS relevant to the SOW, small business size status for each, and socioeconomic categories. Summarize relevant experience within the last three years. Summarize infrastructure currently established and any additional infrastructure that would be needed to provide all services under this requirement. Include an estimate of the time necessary to set up additional infrastructure (transition period). Provide any questions or comments about the attached draft SOW. Provide recommendations the Government should consider in drafting the solicitation. Responses must be sent to Contract Specialist Aleta Dust at aleta.dust@irs.gov by 5:00 pm Eastern Time on 01/03/2022. Please begin the email title with �Real Property RFI Response�. Late responses may not be considered.
