Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is�LOFM003-22 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated�provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. The North American Industry�Classification System code is 111940. This requirement is 100% set aside for a small business, SB size standard is 1.0�million annually. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a THREE MONTH, firm-fixed-price, requirements contract for the�commercial item(s) listed in section B of the attached RFQ.
