- The contractor shall provide certified aerobics instructors to teach aerobics, spinning, yoga, pilates, water aerobics, and other group exercises as required in accordance to the PWS for Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER). See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Notice 12/10/2021 Effective immediately, DFARS 252.223-7999�Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors is rescinded from this solicitation and will not be included in the�award document. Vendors are to disregard the inclusion of this DFARS Clause in the Combo attachment.�
