- This announcement has been updated to provide updated consolidated responses to vendor follow-up questions. As a result of these responses and additional Government updates, the following documents have been edited and are attached: - 19AQMM22R0008 Amendment 002 - Attachement 1 - SOW Amendment 002 - Attachment 2 - Pricing Spreadsheet Amendment 002 - Attachment 3 - Section L Amendment 002 - Attachment 4 - Section M Amendment 002 The high level changes are: GS equivalents have been added to all applicable PDs, Mexican Nationals may be proposed as the IDIQ Program Manager, and clause H-11 has been added to cover ad hoc telework. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ This effort is being advertised as a total small business set aside. The resultant contract will be a single award IDIQ for the provision of subject matter experts and associated administrative support to work on various projects for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement based in Mexico City. The staff provided will work on projects in the following categories: Anti-Money Laundering Program Aviation Program Canine Unit Program Combatting Human Smuggling/Trafficking in Persons Program Corrections Program Counternarcotics Program Culture of Lawfulness Program Drug Demand Reduction Program Law Enforcement Professionalization Program Rule of Law Program Border Security Program Anti-Money Laundering Program Aviation Program Canine Unit Program Combatting Human Smuggling/Trafficking in Persons Program Corrections Program Counternarcotics Program Culture of Lawfulness Program Drug Demand Reduction Program Law Enforcement Professionalization Program Rule of Law Program Border Security Program A full explanation�of the scope of work and position descriptions can be found in the attached Statement of Work.�Offerors must use the Pricing and Q&A templates provided with this solicitation in their submissions in accordance with the instructions included in Section L.� All proposal questions are due no later than 5pm CDT on November 19th.� Final proposals are due by 10am on January 3rd. The Contracting Officer may amend the solicitation to push this due date back if extensive solicitation amendments are required as a result of Government responses to contractor questions.
