Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office, intends to issue a solicitation for renovations of the Jackie Young-Daugherty Housing Project on or about December 27, 2021, under SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140A0322Q0002. Work will consist of (but not limited to) providing all labor, supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and incidentals necessary to perform demolition, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installation. The property is a residential home. Detailed construction specifications will be provided with the solicitation documents. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236118. The small business standard is $39.5 M. In accordance with FAR 36.204(b) the project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. One (1) firm-fixed price contract will be awarded on a best value basis. SITE VISIT: Site Visit information will be in the posted solicitation. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor on or around the February 14, 2022. Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wages for Payne County in Oklahoma, will apply. The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offers will be due 30 days after issuance of solicitation unless extended by amendment. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No bidder list is maintained. In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
