Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Inouye Regional Center (IRC) has a requirement for performance of warehouse, mail, courier, and transportation services.�The contractor shall be required to perform services indoors, outdoors, in dock areas, or storage yards. This Sources Sought is for market research purposes. Capability Statements are requested from eligible Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB's). All other socioeconomic small businesses may submit a capability statement in the event this, or a future action considers a different set-aside.
