- Multi-band Radio (MBR) II Family of Systems (FoS) Post Deployment Software Support The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to negotiate and award a new contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, with L3Harris Technologies, Inc. 1680 University Ave, Rochester NY 14610. Post Deployment Software Support is for Multi-band Radio (MBR) II Family of Systems (FoS), which includes the AN/PRC-117G, AN/VRC-114V1, AN/VRC-114V2, and AN/MRC-145B Radio Systems using the RT-1949.� This requirement entails the following upgrade services to the RT-1949: Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) 3.2 with Advanced Cryptographic Capability (ACC) waveform porting on the RT-1949; Single Channel Ground Air Radio System (SINCGARS) FH3 waveform porting on the RT-1949; SATCOM waveform updates to support High-altitude Attritable Link Offset (HALO) on the RT-1949; Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) quarterly reporting for the MBR II FoS; Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) quarterly reporting for the MBR II FoS; and Other RT-1949 sustainment efforts (i.e. Software version description for firmware updates, Waveform training, Notice of Revision (NOR)/Design Change, and Technical Reports/ Study Analysis as required).
