- 1. The purpose of this Task Order is to: a. Award the following positions under CLIN 001 of the Task Order: Public Outreach Administrator (1 FTE) Public Outreach Meeting Coordinator (1 FTE) Public Outreach Communications Coordinator (1 FTE) b. Award the following position under CLIN 002 of the Task Order: Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB) Program Analyst (1 FTE) c. Award the following under CLIN 003 of the Task Order: Other Direct Costs � Public Outreach Travel d. Award the following under CLIN 004 of the Task Order: Other Direct Costs � Meeting Coordination 2. The total value of this Task Order is $416,288.40. 3. Funds: a. Funds in the amount of $38,615.20 are award to CLIN 001 � Public Outreach Support Services. The Period of Performance is December 14, 2021 through January 31, 2022. b. Funds in the amount of $22,368.08 are awarded to CLIN 002 � DNSFB Program Analyst. The Period of Performance is December 14, 2021 through February 28, 2022. 4. Obligation: As a result of award, total obligated to this task order is hereby established as $60,983.28 5. The contractor is not authorized to exceed the total amount obligated to this contract without additional funds obligated and the express approval of the Contracting Officer. Performance under this contract shall be subject to the availability of funds from which payment for accepted work can be made. The Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing whenever it has reason to believe that the costs it expects to incur under this contract in the next 60 days, when added to all costs previously incurred, will exceed 75 percent of the total amount so far allotted to the contract by the Government. The notice shall state the estimated amount of additional funds required to continue performance for the period specified in the schedule. 6. All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.
