- Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Statement of Work and answer industry questions.� Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to respond to industry questions and extend the proposal deadline. Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revised drawing package and extend the proposal deadline. Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revised drawing package and extend the proposal deadline.� This notice is a synopsis for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 5.204 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for build-to-print OB-122 and TD-1479 Outboard Electronics Canisters. Award�of a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for the OB-122 and TD-1479 Outboard Electronics Canisters is anticipated. This procurement is solicited as unrestricted as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334511. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. A draft Statement of Work and build-to-print drawings are included with this synopsis. The drawings are Distribution D which means distribution is authorized only to the DoD and U.S. DoD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Only offerors with an active registration in JCP will be provided access to the drawings. Upon RFP issuance, please visit http://www.dlis.dls.mil/jcp for further details on the program and registration. To obtain a copy of the drawings, offerors� active JCP certifications must be reflected in beta.SAM.gov. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available at the website. The anticipated release date of RFP#: N66604-21-R-0126 is April 2021. The anticipated source selection evaluation criteria will consider technical capability, past performance, small business participation, and price. The specific evaluation criteria will be outlined in the solicitation. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the RFP. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-171 is applicable. In order to be considered for an award, the Offeror shall have a current assessment (i.e., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation) (see 252.204-7020) for each covered contractor information system that is relevant to the offer, contract, task order, or delivery order. The Basic, Medium, and High NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessments are described in the NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Methodology located� at� https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/pdi/cyber/strategically_assessing_contractor_implementation_of_NIST_SP_800- 171.html (1) The Offeror shall verify that summary level scores of a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment (i.e., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation) are posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) (https://www.sprs.csd.disa.mil/) for all covered contractor information systems relevant to the offer. (2) If the Offeror does not have summary level scores of a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment (i.e., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation) posted in SPRS, the Offeror may conduct and submit a Basic Assessment to mailto:webptsmh@navy.mil for posting to SPRS in the format identified in paragraph (d) of this provision.
