34300022P0001 NOTICE TYPE:� SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE � WEST PUBLISHING CORPORATION NAICS Code ���� 519130������������� Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals PSC������ ��������������� D � Automatic Data Processing and Telecommunication The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to West Publishing Corporation, 610 OPPERMAN DR, Eagan,� MN 55123-1340 ,� under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� This requirement is for subscriptions to West�s online database. The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) requires the subscriptions to assist in legal analysis. There are no competing products which offer the range and depth of information. The period of performance is one year, with four 1-year options:� January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals.� A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.� The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.� However, any information received within ten days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
