Description: The US Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the New Construction DISA Mechanical Repairs and AHU Replacement at Defense Supply Center located in Columbus, OH (DSCC). This will be reserved for the Northeast Regional MATOC pool, contract numbers W912QR21D0056 through 0060 and 0085 through 0086. As part of the construction solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirement: Brand Name Sole Source - Delta Controls is required to integrate into the building automation system (BAS).
