Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requests for quote (RFQ) N32253-22-Q-0022 with the intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide all labor, equipment, tools and materials to remove, properly dispose, and clean oily waste from frac tanks. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 562112 for Solid Waste Landfill. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $41,500,000. The Product Service Code is S222, Housekeeping- Waste Treatment/Storage. Please note the following:� Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Offers need to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.212-3. Contract award will be in accordance to 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation. No telephonic responses will be accepted. Quotes are due no later than 3:00 p.m. HST on Monday, 01/03/2022. Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
