Description
The United States Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, has a requirement for supply and installation of alarm systems for USG owned/rented property in Kyiv.� The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and �one-year period�at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.�Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. Please see the RFQ for the quotation due date and time. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.� The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer to kyivsolicitations@state.gov prior to the response date and time in the solicitation.� If you prefer to mail, please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time in the solicitation. All prospective offerors should be registered in System for Award Management (SAM,�www.sam.gov)�at the time an offer is submitted,�and shall continue to be registered until time of�the�award�of the contract, during performance, and through final payment�under the contract.�In case�the offeror is not registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted, the Contracting Officer will proceed�with an�award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror.� Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submission of quotations. To be considered for the award, all vendors submitting offers or quotations for this requirement must self-certify conformance in their profile at SAM.gov representations as required in FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26. Vendors that fail to complete self-certification or present a record that does not reflect conformance at FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-26 and FAR 52.212-3 (v) within SAM.gov will not be considered for the award.
