- The purpose of this amendment is to correct the items listed in the solicitation.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for the procurement of Steel Metal. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. FOB Destination is Tinker AFB OK. Please make sure all provisions and clauses are appropriately filled in (where applicable), when submitting your quote. Please send the actual solicitation completed along with any other documentation to support your company�s quote. Please make sure information stated is readable and legible.
