FEMA has a potential requirement within Graves County, KY for Advanced Life Support Ambulances.� This RFI is not a request for quotes. Potential Requirement: In response to the impacts of Presidential State of Emergency Declaration, Graves County, Kentucky, FEMA Region IV. Contractor to provide Contractor?managed multi?functional transport and medical support resources and capabilities, established with a forward operating base or staging area as needed, in support of Federal assistance, evacuations, and/or other medical support� within Graves County, Kentucky.� Number of Assets.� ALS Ambulances (Quantity 5) An appropriate number of not to exceed supporting elements for the vendor�s operations Interested Vendors must email capabilities staement and SAM.gov Identification # or DUNS # to Kimberly.Coakley@fema.dhs.gov no later than 6:00 pm CST, today, 12/14/2021.
