- The Government anticipates the resulting contract will be a supply contract with a unit of issue of each.�� FSC:� 6630 NAICS:� 541380 (Testing Laboratories) Small Business Size Standard:� $16.5M The attached�DRAFT�Statement of Work (SOW) Specification contains the requirements for this effort. SOURCES SOUGHT N61331-22-SN-Q09 FOR ANALYZING COMPRESSED BREATHING AIR TO SUPPORT THE DEFENSE COMPRESSED AIR TESTING PROGRAM (DCAT) The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is soliciting information from potential qualified sources to support a potential requirement to analyze compressed breathing air for divers, damage control personnel and aviators worldwide. � This Sources Sought announcement is to identify sources capable of providing support for this effort.� The information received will be used for planning purposes to help determine if the requirement can be fully or partially set aside to small business concerns.� The NAICS code is 541380, Testing Laboratories.� A firm-fixed-priced (FFP) contract is anticipated.� Small businesses are encouraged to submit their capabilities.� The resultant contract is anticipated to be for a base period of 12 months with four one-year option periods of 12 months each. The anticipated NAICS code is 541380 � with a size standard of $16.5M. The SOW is only a draft and may change when the solicitation is issued; however, the core requirement will not change.� Responses to this Sources Sought should include supporting materials that provide a demonstration of your company�s capabilities and experience in reference to the listed tasks.� In addition, responses should include: (1) CAGE CODE (2) Sources sought number (N61331-22-SN-Q09) and title (3) Name and address of firm (4) Size of business, including: average annual revenue for past three years, number of employees, and type of small business (8(a), Women-Owned, HUB-Zone, Veteran-Owned, Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned Business) (5) Ownership (including Country of Ownership), System for Award Management (SAM) information, and DUNS Number, if available (6) Number of years in business (7) Two points of contact, including: name, title, phone, fax, and e-mail address There is no specific format or outline submittals must follow.� Summaries should be no longer than 15 pages in length.� Submit responses to the Ms. Linda Hawthorne, Contracting Specialist, via e-mail at linda.m.hawthorne2.civ@us.navy.mil and Mr. Aaron Deich, Contracting Officer, via e-mail at aaron.d.deich.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 21 December 2021, 16:00 CST.� Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
