Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, TN. intends to issue sole-source firm-fixed priced award contract, to Sun Nuclear Corp. 3275 Suntree Blvd, Melbourne, Florida 32940. A sole source procurement will be issued to Sun Nuclear Corp for a replacement 3d Water Tank Scanner, accessories, and training. Sun Nuclear QA equipment and software is currently in use at James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAICS code is 334517 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete based on responses to this�notice�is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
