Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District will hold their annual Open House on Thursday, 27 January 2022 from 9AM to 4:00PM EST. Please note this is a HYBRID event.� The morning presentations will be VIRTUAL.� The Open Networking with District Staff will be conducted IN-PERSON and VIRTUALLY. In-person networking will be located at: Louisville Marriot Downtown 280 West Jefferson Street Louisville, Ky 40202 In-person networking sessions will be limited to no more than 40 contractor attendees during each time slot listed below: Session 1 - 12:30-1:30 Session 2 - 1:40-2:40 Session 3 - 2:50-3:50 Attendees must register prior to the event to be considered for in-person networking sessions.� Walk-ins will not be accepted.� If the time slot you are requesting is already full, I will reach out to see if another time slot will work for your company.� It is recommended to limit the number of people attending to one (1) individual. The event is open to all businesses, both small and large, interested in working with the Louisville District. The event will include briefings from Louisville District staff in the morning and opportunities to network with District staff in the afternoon. This is a great opportunity for you to share your firm's unique capabilities and learn about projects within the Louisville District. To register, please complete the attached Excel spreadsheet and return to SBO-LRL@usace.army.mil with the Subject: �Open House Registration� no later than 14 January 2022. Please also include your 1-2 page capability statement. COVID-19 Restrictions: Individuals attending a networking session in-person, will be requested to fill out the attached form DD3150 and provide it with the registration spreadsheet.� This form will only be used to verify vaccination status.� Individuals who are not fully vaccinated will be required to show proof of a negative test within 72 hours of the event taking place.� Masking is required for all individuals. This notice will be updated with WebEx information prior to the event. We hope you can attend!
