- Request for Quotation (RFQ).� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested�and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-07.� Responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.� North American Industry Classification (NAICS): 561720 (Janitorial): Size Standard is $19.5� Set Aside: 100% small business set-aside.� General Information: The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for Janitorial�Services. � Provide quote by: 5:00 PM, Central Standard Time on December 30, 2021.� DOCUMENTS TO RETURN:� The following documents shall be submitted by the offeror for evaluation to be considered responsive: SF-1449, Technical proposal, a price proposal, and past performance.� Send quote to: Procurement & Property Services (PPS) East Zone, Area 9 Service & Supply, David Easter david.easter@usda.gov 52.237-1 SITE VISIT (APR 1984) Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of�contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event�shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Inspection of the buildings prior to submitting quotation is recommended. The physical address for the buildings is US Forestry Sciences Laboratory, 180 Canfield St, Morgantown WV 26505. Located in Monongalia County. At this time, the number of visitors to the USDA workplaces is minimized. Visitors who are not�fully vaccinated must wear a mask, physically distance, and provide proof of having received a�negative COVID-19 test from within the previous 3 days. Of note, members of the public�entering a Federal buildings or Federally controlled indoor worksites to obtain a public service or�benefit are not required to provide their vaccination status or proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test. USDA defines a public benefit or service as applying to all visitors at services centers or�field offices, visitor centers, recreation areas, food and nutrition direct service centers, and grain�offices. Health and wellbeing are the number one priority at USDA, and we appreciate your attention to�this important matter.
