General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Utah City:�Cedar City Delineated Area:�City Limits of Cedar City, UT Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�2,120 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�2,226 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�14 � Parking Spaces (Surface):�14 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�14 Full Term:�20 years Firm Term:�18 years Option Term:�NA Additional Requirements: -Space must be contiguous -Parking also required for 3 trailers (2 parking spaces each so total of 6) -Parking for one Connex Container (20 X 8) -Secured 6 ft tall chain-link fence required for all of parking requirement Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
