Description
Please NOTE this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the SupplierPerformance Risk System (SPRS) . The NIST score is required before an award can be made. The RFP solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 13 January 2022, and offers will be due on or about 28 February 2022. DFARS 236.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction project (ii) between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. This is a Design Bid Build (DBB) Project which requires the construction of a Basic Military Training Recruit Dormitory complex utilizing conventional design and construction methods to accommodate the mission of the facility. The facility will be multi-story and will include a drilled pier foundation, concrete floor slabs, structural steel frame, masonry walls, standing seam metal roof, and an elevator. Areas include administrative support, open-bay dormitories, central latrines, drill pad, physical training areas, weapons cleaning pavilion, quadrangle, and storage. Facilities will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with the Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria 1-200-01 General Building Requirements. This project will comply with Department of Defense antiterrorism/force protection requirements per Unified Facility Criteria 4-010-0.� The majority of the ATC7 will be constructed together with associated minor structures and site work by a single contractor referred to as the �Large Business Contractor�. The Large Business Contractor will construct the ATC7 facilities, West Campus Quadrangle, provide site improvements / pavements, site drainage features, underground utilities (privatized utility connection fee), drill pad, running track, exercise pads, training aids, communications support, and demolition. ATC7 features to be constructed by the Large Business Contractor include: Airmen Training Complex 7 (227,344 SF), AETC Technical Training Support / MTI Administrative Space (13,573 SF), Training Aids (1 EA (Defined as 35,338 SF), Overhead Protection (5,005 SF)/(Weapons Cleaning Pavilion 7), Cybersecurity of Facility-Related Control Systems, Exercise / Drill Pad and Running Track, Special Drilled Pier, Foundation,� Site Improvements, Utilities, Privatized Utility Connection Fee, Pavements, Communications Support, West Campus Quadrangle, Site Utilities, Demolition.
