15 Dec 2021 Update:� Please see the attached HTC711-22-R-R002 - Amendment 0001. The purpose of this amendment is to remove DFARS 252.223-7999, Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors, from the RFP. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------� 14 Dec 2021 Update: Please see the attached HTC711-22-R-R002 - Round 1 QA Excel Spreadsheet. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) has a requirement to maintain Ship-To-Shore (STS) and Rail Mounted Gantry (RMG) Cranes. Requirements include Scheduled Maintenance (SM) and on-call Unscheduled Maintenance (USM) and Major Repairs.� Scheduled maintenance has the following meanings: The care and servicing by personnel for the purpose of maintaining equipment and facilities in satisfactory operating condition by providing for systematic inspection, detection, and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects. Scheduled Maintenance includes inspections, tests, measurements, adjustments, repairs, and parts replacement, performed specifically to prevent faults from occurring. Unscheduled maintenance includes all actions to perform special inspections, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and restore the equipment to normal operating condition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is anticipated to be 811310 � Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance.
