- 16 December 2021 - AMENDMENT 3: Amendment 3 provides answers to solicitation questions, revises Attachment 6 - PWS (16DEC21) and�Atch 7 - GFE List (PWS Appendix 5b - 5g) (16DEC21), and removes DFARS 252.223-7999 Deviation 2021-O0009 - Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors (Deviation 2021-O0009). _____________________________________________________________________ 3 December 2021 - AMENDMENT 2:�Amendment 2 revises the�Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, paragraph 4 for clarity in proposal submission, answers questions to the solicitation and from the Site Visit, and revises RFP Attachments 10 and 11 to add CBA job descriptions. (Document names:�Amendment 2�- FA302022R0001 SF30,�Amendment 2 - FA302022R0001 Conformed, Amendment 2 - Questions and Answers, Atch 10 - WD IAM CBA 2016-9585 (Rev 5) with Job Descriptions, and�Atch 11 - WD UAW CBA-2016-9586 (Rev 4) with Job Descriptions) PIEE Solicitation Module: RFP FA302022R0001 has been posted. It is the responsibility of the offerors to�verify that they can view this notice and that they have the capability to submit proposals, as required and instructed by Addendum to FAR 52.212-1. To confirm access, offerors will need to sign in with a vendor account�and ensure that they have an active�Proposal Manager role. It is important that offerors ensure�their submission capabilities prior to the submission deadline. Per the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, paragraph 4.C,�""Any proposals received after the exact time specified for receipt shall be treated as a late submission IAW the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1."" (Document name: ""Site Visit - Sign In Sheet"") _____________________________________________________________________ IMPORTANT DATES Site Visit:�1 December 2021, from 8:30a.m. - 12:00 p.m. CST. (Please see�Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 for further details.) Amendment 1: Registration deadline�for the site visit has been changed to 29 November 2021, no later than�2:00 p.m. CST in accordance with the update at Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, paragraph 2.C.� Questions Due:�10 December 2021, no later than 3:00 p.m. CST.�(Please see�Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 for further details.) DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT Material Management Services:�The Service Provider (SP) shall provide services to support a broad range of supplies, equipment, mobility bags, clothing, weapons, and other material required to support 82d Training Wing (TRW), 80th Flying Training Wing (FTW), tenant units, and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies receiving support from Sheppard Air Force Base (SAFB), Texas. These services shall be provided in a responsive and timely manner as specified in applicable directives. Services provided must meet mission requirements of the supported organizations with emphasis placed on mission support and technically compliant processes in accordance with (IAW) applicable directives. The SP shall utilize Air Force (AF) standard supply information technology equipment (ITE), replacements, and supplementary systems as required to track and manage supplies. The SP shall consistently work to keep abreast of all technical changes, upgrades to the standard AF Supply Chain to include AFMC Supply Chain Management-Retail (SCM-R) data systems and procedures. Ground Transportation Services:�The SP shall provide transportation services dedicated to providing safe and timely local ground transportation of passengers and cargo that is critical to the success of missions at SAFB. Transportation services include moving passengers and cargo via surface. Vehicle Management Services:�The SP shall provide vehicle management services for all assigned vehicles. The SP shall provide maintenance for SAFB and any applicable Detachment�s vehicles. NOTICE TO OFFERORS Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
