Description

The National Park Service (NPS) expects to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a competitive leasing opportunity for the Lands End Restaurant Properties Lease providing food and beverage and minor retail sales within Golden Gate National Recreation Area the week of January 18, 2022, which will be open to all interested parties and posted, along with the Draft Lease, on the park website. To ensure all interested parties have ample time to plan, the NPS is announcing a one-day site tour and pre-submittal conference scheduled for January 24, 2022. Due to COVID-19, NPS will limit the total number of site tour and pre-submittal conference attendees to 50, including NPS employees. Therefore, all interested parties may submit up to four (4) individuals per company to attend the site tour and pre-submittal conference; however, depending on interest and total number of attendees NPS may reduce the total number of individuals per company to fewer than four. To RSVP, please email Kimberley Gagliolo at the email noted below, no later than January 19, 2022 and provide the name of the company and the names of each attendee. No persons under the age of 18 will be permitted. All attendees must wear a mask, covering both their nose and mouth at all times, and maintain six foot physical distancing. Once all information is received in its entirety, each interested party will be provided information regarding the start time and meeting location for the site tour and pre-submittal conference. Additionally, the NPS will provide a scheduled opportunity for property inspections January 25-28. To register interest in a property inspection, you must also email Kimberley Gagliolo at the email below no later than January 19, 2022. Your email must include the primary contact name, name of the organization or company, phone number, email address, and names and titles of each attendee. These property inspections will be for set times, and limited to three (3) hours, each company or organization will be limited to six (6) individuals. No persons under the age of 18 will be permitted and all attendees must wear a mask, covering both their nose and mouth, at all times. Even if you choose not to join the site tour, pre-submittal conference, or the property inspections, all interested parties are encouraged to join the solicitation mailing list to be notified of all future correspondence by emailing Kimberley Gagliolo, Commercial Services Specialist, at kim_gagliolo@nps.gov.
