Description
This will be for the Aircraft Cargo Loaders Program which included the Tunner and Halverson Loaders.� The necessary information about this effort may be found in the attached documents.� Update 16 December 2021 This notice is intended to provide a status update on the second Industry Day Questions & Answers. The Government is actively working on the questions and answers from the second industry day, which was held on 11/9/2021.� The responses are in depth, and the Government wants to ensure we answer them to the fullest extent possible.� Once those responses have been completed, they will be posted here on Sam.Gov. The Government anticipates them to be posted in the new year. Additionally, due to internal constraints, the Draft RFP release has been pushed to Mid-January.� This document will be posted to this listing.� Of note, all the data on the DVD�s that were provided is correct and current, Except the Tunner OIM. An updated Tunner OIM will be provided sometime in the January time frame. Update - 25 October 2021 ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS On November 9, 2021 from 9:00 AM E.S.T. to 3:00 PM E.S.T.. in Warner Robins, GA, we are conducting a follow-on industry day where�one-on-one sessions will be scheduled to cover technical requirements of the system, Operational Test and Evaluation, and evaluation criteria for source selection and competitive orders of the Aircraft Cargo Loaders (ACL). � This is a follow-on acquisition for total system support of the ACLs. The ACL Program involves two ACL types: the Tunner 60K and the Halvorsen 25K Loaders.� We intend to have one of each type of Loader available for�viewing this day. � As these will be held in person, all interested companies who would like to schedule an in person one-on-one session with this acquisition team, are�required to pre-register by 4:00 PM. E.S.T. on November 3, 2021.� You must register and submit your questions to Marie Claxton at marie.claxton@us.af.mil and Kristen Campbell at�kristen.campbell.2@us.af.mil by 4:00 PM E.S.T on November 3, 2021 via email. Only those participants who have registered by 4:00 PM E.S.T. on November 3, 2021 and have received a confirmation back, will be allowed to attend.� Once you have successfully registered, the location and scheduled one-on-one time will be provided to you, so please ensure you provide the correct email address you wish this information to be sent to. Covid-19 guidelines are in place for this meeting.� All attendees will adhere to the mask mandate while inside the buildings and maintain proper social distancing of at least 6 feet while on premises. TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE At this time, the Government is prepared to release the Technical Data Package for the Halvorsen Loader.� In order to obtain a copy of the Halvorsen Loader Technical Data Package, you must submit a formal request email to marie.claxton@us.af.mil and kristen.campbell.2@us.af.mil.� Since these documents are controlled, the request must include the company�s name, CAGE code, and email address to send the documents to via DOD Safe website.� Once the Government is ready to distribute the Tunner Loader documents, we will update this posting so those who are interested can request those documents following the same process as above. Update - 16 June 2021 Please find the attached Power Point Slides and back-up slides along with the Questions and Answers from the Virtrual Industry Day that was held on 13 May 2021. Update - 14 April 2021 Due to your prior interest and submittal of info for the Request for Information for the Air Force Aircraft Cargo Loaders � follow-on Performance Based Logistics (PBL), you are hereby invited to the Industry Day for this requirement. Industry day is to be held on 13 May 2021 to discuss the procurement of Aircraft Cargo Loaders (ACL). This industry day will cover technical requirements of the system, Operational Test and Evaluation, and evaluation criteria for source selection and competitive orders. The industry day will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams within the DoD�s Commercial Virtual Remote (CVR) environment. As industry day will be held virtually, you must register and submit your questions to Marie Claxton at marie.claxton@us.af.mil by 04 May 2021 to receive the appropriate log in information and conduct a test connection prior to Industry Day. Please ensure you provide the correct email address you wish this information to be sent to.
