Description

This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit to a Sole Source.� The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District, intents to award a sole source contract to HDR to provide all resources necessary to complete the EIS process and NEPA project originally awarded under W911KB16D0004 Task Order W911KB18F0154.� This contract will complete the Record of Decision, Administrative Record, Collection, Compilation, Organization and Delivery of Material tasks, and monthly meetings. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541330 Engineering Services; and Product Service Code (PSC) C219 AE - General - Other.� The anticipated contract type is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with an anticipated duration of eight months. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governemnt.� Information recieved will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� USACE is not seeking or requesting unsolicited proposals and will not accept telephone inquiries.� No solicitation exists and vendors should not request a copy of a solicitation.��
