- 12/17/2021* Update - Responses to LGSS Draft RFP Questions and Comments Round 2 are posted. 12/16/2021* Update - Responses to LGSS Draft RFP Questions and Comments Round 1 are posted and the overall end date was extended to 23DEC2021. This DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) is�issued for informational purposes only�to assist in developing the Final RFP. This DRAFT RFP allows interested parties to submit questions and comments regarding the requirements and the acquisition itself.� The Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO)/Satellite and Information Acquisition Division (SIAD) will not accept or evaluate any proposals received in response to the DRAFT RFP. This notice does not constitute a request for proposals and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.� Not responding to the DRAFT RFP does not preclude anyone from submitting offers for the Final RFP.� Information contained herein is subject to change. AGO/SIAD hereby invites all interested parties to examine the DRAFT RFP in its entirety and to submit comments, suggestions, discrepancies, inconsistencies and feedback using�DRAFT�Attachment S.11 ��LGSS RFP Questions and Comments Template�(provided with this posting).� We encourage all interested parties to fully utilize this DRAFT RFP review period to help us address your questions and concerns about the requirements and the acquisition. The posting for this requirement contains an Applicable and Reference Documents List providing the document name and access control type for Uncontrolled and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) documentation that forms a basis, in whole or part, for the LGSS requirements.� In addition RFP attachments S.8 and S.9 contain CUI.�Instructions for access to CUI documents are found below in the Attachments to this DRAFT RFP.� NOTE:� Interested Parties are strongly encouraged to submit questions and comments as soon as possible because responses will be provided on a rolling basis. Respondents are encouraged to submit multiple sets of questions and comments. Send your questions and comments via email to both Joshua Burgess (joshua.w.burgess@nasa.gov) and Recarlo Applewhite�(Recarlo.l.applewhite@nasa.gov).� AGO/SIAD will consider the comments and suggestions when preparing the Final RFP and will provide prompt responses to all questions/comments submitted in response to this DRAFT RFP. AGO/SIAD requests that any questions and comments be provided�no later than December 17, 2021, 17:00� EST. AGO/SIAD shall publish the full questions and comments as written except for removal of any information that is directly identifiable to a specific party (e.g. personal names, company names and abbreviations, email and telephone information), so please consider the potential disclosure of proprietary and/or confidential information when composing your questions and comments. AGO/SIAD is planning to release a Final RFP in calendar year 2022.
