- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is enough qualified: (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide one (1) UTILITY TRACTOR, Brand Name or Equal, for the VA Illiana Health Care System in Danville, Illinois. REQUIREMENTS: ONE (1) UTILITY TRACTOR BRAND NAME (CASE IH FARMALL 75A) OR EQUAL MINIMUM SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS TO BE MET, OR EXCEEDED, BY AN EQUAL ITEM IN ORDER TO BE FOUND ACCEPTABLE: - SHALL BE A COMMERCIAL GRADE FARM TRACTOR. - SHALL HAVE A TIER 4 DIESEL ENGINE. - SHALL HAVE A 70-80 HORSEPOWER AT THE ENGINE AND 60-70 HORSEPOWER AT THE PTO. - SHALL BE 4 WHEEL DRIVE. - SHALL HAVE 2 OPEN CENTER HYDRAULIC REMOTE VALVES. - SHALL HAVE OPEN STATION WITH ROLL OVER PROTECTION STRUCTURE (ROPS). - SHALL HAVE ELECTRO- HYDRAULIC ENGAGEMENT MFD FRONT AXLE WITH LIMITED SLIP. - SHALL HAVE TRANSMISSION WITH 12 FORWARD AND 12 REVERSE GEARS WITH POWER SHUTTLE SHIFT WITH CREEPER. - SHALL HAVE FRONT TIRES R1 AG STYLE TREAD. - SHALL HAVE REAR TIRES R1 AG STYLE TREAD. - SHALL HAVE REAR WHEEL WEIGHTS 400 TO 500 LBS TOTAL. - SHALL HAVE BEACON LIGHT OR BEACON LIGHT READY. - SHALL HAVE FRONT END LOADER WITH STANDARD 72"" BUCKET, 4 IN 1 BUCKET, AND 48"" FORKS. - SHALL HAVE CONTROLS AND ADDITIONAL HYDRAULIC PORTS/LINES FOR 4 IN 1 BUCKET. - SHALL HAVE POINT HITCH WITH FLEXIBLE ENDS. - SHALL HAVE BLOCK HEATER. - SHALL HAVE 540 RPM REAR PTO. - SHALL HAVE FRONT AND REAR WORK LIGHTS.
