Amendment 0002- 18 November 2021: The proposal due date has been extended to 05 January 2022. ***** IMMEDIATE, TIME SENSITIVE ACTION REQUIRED ***** Amendment 001 - 25 October 2021 - FAR 52.236-27 has been revised.��The following files have been added as a part of the amendment:�W912ER22R0008 Amendment 0001 - Site Visit.pdf, SECNAV-5512_1.pdf, Site Visit Personnel Access.pdf, NSA Unescorted Personnel Access List Memorandum.pdf This is a requirement�to construct an Electrical System Upgrade to support the growing mission within the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Collaboration and Intelligence (C5I) Complex at the Naval Support Activity (NSA),� in Bahrain.� This is a D-B-B project and is referenced as P-974 Electrical System Upgrade.� This requirement is to construct a more resilient medium-voltage distribution system. Increased resiliency provides a more secure system with fewer single points of failure, as well as, a more flexible system in which outages and fluctuations managed, lessening the impacts to critical facilities.
