Description

The purpose of the Amendment 1 of the RFQ FA800322Q0002 are as follows: A. Post answers to Questions: 1. See Q&A Attachment. - - - - - - - - - - This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS)�Working Dog. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This acquisition is executed in accordance with the commercial acquisition procedures of FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) of FAR 13 as supplemented (Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07/09-10-2021). This is not a Source Selection; the procedures of FAR 15 do not apply. The purpose of this requirement is to support the Department of Defense's (DoD) working dog program�s mission of providing trained WDs used in patrol, drug and explosive detection, and specialized mission functions for the DoD and other government agencies.
