Description

The Naval Medical Research Center intends to award a sole source contract to The L.S. Starrett Company, Athol, MA, 01331-1915. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, if interested, the government shall consider all responses. The requirement is for a contract on a sole source basis to be made for the delivery of one (1) MMS-5000-L3 Material Measurement System with 5000N Test Frame, L3 Controller, and Software - for Naval Medical Research Unit, San Antonio, TX. This will support NAMRU-SA research projects with marginal disruption. POP: FY 22 - FY 23; The period of performance for this contract is anticipated to be a base period of 12 months (one year), with no option periods. Please see the attached Statement of Work for additional details.
