- **AMENDMENT 0007 IS POSTED**� Reissuing the following 21 drawings. 7 specifications. (1 new, 6 reissued) Removal of the COVID-19 FAR clause. Extension on deadline for pricing to COB 10 Jan 2022. Bidder inquiries are currently set to close COB on 28 December and the following clarifications regarding bidder inquiry responses: Please note that bidder inquiry 9508609 response indicates that a forthcoming amendment would further address the question regarding use of engineered structural fill around column footing pads. Further review of the RFP documents indicates that details showing earthwork excavation adequately address the requirement. While the remainder of the Government Response to inquiry 9508609 remains accurate and applicable, no further clarification will be issued by amendment.� Please note that previously provided response to bidder inquiry 9497979 is incorrect. The Government was able to collect additional information since providing the original response. The contents of this amendment provides direction to lower the cathodic protection impressed current line and associated leads. REPLACEMENT OF CONTRACT SPECIALIST AND REISSUES OF SECTION 00 22 00 AND 01 14 00.�** **AMENDMENT 0001 IS POSTED.� THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS HAS BEEN EXTENDED.** This office hereby�issues Request for Proposal (RFP) for CONSTRUCTION OF A B-21: ADDITION/ALTERATION (ADAL) TO THE EXISTING FLIGHT SIMULATOR FACILITY, at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota.� The solicitation will close 22 October�2021. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED AND OPEN TO BOTH LARGE AND SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity.� Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program.� Contractors must ensure that the applicable NAICS code 236220 is included in their profile prior to submission of offer. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) REGISTRATION: Please be advised of on-line registration requirements for Contractor Registration and for Representations and Certifications Application which are� now located in System for Award Management �SAM� database at https://sam.gov/. The representations and certifications section in SAM are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.� The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective for one year from the date of initial submission and expire on an annual basis from the update to SAM. The estimated construction cost of this project is between $20,000,000 and $40,000,000. Due to current limitations of access to the proposed project site, USACE is unable to offer an in-person site visit nor physical access to the project site. To remedy, USACE plans to provide all interested parties ""Virtual Site Access"", through photos, files, and drawings as follows: Site Photo Survey, Design Drawings (all volumes) - to include site survey drawings. Additionally, a virtual site visit teleconference and webinar will be scheduled for 1-2 weeks after issuance of the RFP for Volume I proposals. Instructions for obtaining access to the virtual site visit is included in RFP section 00 21 00.
