- See attached combined synopsis/soliciation number N66604-22-Q-0077. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to add evaluation criteria and to answer an industry question as shown below: 1. Evaluation criteria is added via this amendment as follows (See Attachment N66604-22-Q-0077_Combined synopsis solicitation Amendment 1): Insert:�The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to the eligible and responsible offeror on a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. In order to be determined technically acceptable: 1) the offeror must quote items, in accordance with the requirements, in the required quantities as specified above, and (2) the Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable.The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to the eligible and responsible offeror on a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. In order to be determined technically acceptable: 1) the offeror must quote items, in accordance with the Specifications, in the required quantities specified above, and (2) the Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable.� 2. The Governments response to industry question number one (1) is as follows: Q1: Can vendors submit quotes with shipping terms of F.O.B. Origin instead of F.O.B. Destination? A1; Vendors can submit quotes with shipping terms of F.O.B. Origin however, the Governments preference is F.O.B Destination. F.O.B terms will be considered when making a final award decision. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged.
