READ ENTIRE REQUEST FOR QUOTE AND RESPOND BY CHECKING ALL BLOCKS OR SPACES AND RESPONDING TO THE ENTIRE RFQ COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION� PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF HEATING FUEL FOR THE FOLLOWING ALASKA SITES: YAKUTAT AND COLD BAY PLEASE QUOTE ONE OR MORE LOCATIONS ONE AWARD PER LOCATION WILL BE MADE OR TWO LOCATIONS MAY BE COMBINED (I)����������� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II)��������� This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).� Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NWWV00002200046_00045SRG. (III)������� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-02 (DEC 2021) (DEVIATION 2020-11) (AUG 2020) (2020-05)(APR 2020)(2017-05)(Sept 2017). (IV)�������� This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 221210.� The small business size standard is 1000 employees. (V)��������� This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services and products Index Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) is found on the internet is referenced for unit pricing of heating fuel and the price submitted for invoicing with the C&G is marked up from the posted pricing and will include the Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) tax.� CLIN 0001:� Yakutat � Heating Fuel, approximately 6000 to 6200 gallons for the twelve month period of 2/1/2022 through 1/31/2023. CLIN 0002: �Cold Bay � Heating Fuel, approximately 6000 to 6200 gallons for the month period of 2/1/2022 through 1/31/2023.
