Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to remove and replace the HVAC units and apparatuses including electrical, insulation, and duct work. The HVAC system replacement for the replacement of 5 HVAC systems located at: 1.) Womble Ranger Office 1523 US-270, Mt Ida, AR 71957 (2 HVAC systems) 2.) Oden Ranger Office 1788 AR-88, Oden, AR 71961 (2 HVAC systems) 3.) Cold Springs Office 2190 E Main St, Booneville, AR 72927 (1 HVAC system) � Location: The work will be completed at: (1) Womble Ranger Office, 1523 US-270, Mt. Ida, Montgomery County AR 71957 (2) Oden Ranger Office, 1788 AR-88, Oden, Montgomery County, AR 71961, and (3) Cold Springs Office, 2190 E Main, Booneville, Logan County, AR 72927 Logan County �� Set Aside: The project is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The associated NAICS of this acquisition is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. �� Magnitude: FAR 36.204 (b) Between $25,000 and $100,000 � Tentative Dates: Issue�Request for Quote (RFQ)� on or about 01/07/2022. Date for questions 01/15/2022 Quote�Submittal Deadline 01/28/2022 Contract� award 02/04/2022. Completion Date 60 days after Notice to Proceed. � Type Contract: This is a�Request for Quote (RFQ)�which will result in the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)contract.
