Description

The Bureau of Fiscal Service Division of Procurement Services, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirment Home in Washington, DC (AFRH-W), is soliciting for�a Contractor to provide all management, supervision, personnel, services, materials, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, and general and specialized equipment to replace a large portion of AFRH-W�s High Voltage Power Distribution Equipment.� Services performed shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Proposals in response to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors herein. POTENTIAL OFFEROR MUST ALSO CURRENTLY HAVE A WASHINGTON, DC ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS' LICENSE. ALL POTENTIAL OFFERORS WHO WANT CONSIDERATION/ELIGIBILITY TO QUOTE SHALL ATTEND THE SITE-VISIT, POTENTIAL OFFERORS WHO DID NOT ATTEND THE SITE-VISIT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. No questions shall be asked or addressed at the site visit.� All questions must be submitted in electronic format, such as Microsoft Word attachment, and emailed to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov no later than 2:00pm EST on Tuesday, January 4, 2022.� Please reference ""RFP-AFRCRO-FAC-22-0002, BG/BC"".� The request for proposal will be ammended to answer questions.
