- Update 22 December 2021:�Amendment posted for incorporate the following; Add CLIN 0002, demolition of building 1906 and attach the Statement of Work, Drawings, Specifications and MSS. Update the lead time from 150 days to 210 days Delete DFARS 252.223-7999 in accordance with Class Deviation 2021-O0009 (Rev 3)� Questions submission extended. Questions are to be emailed to lovely.herndon@us.af.mil and 81CONS.LGCB.Construction@us.af.mil by 01:00 PM, CST, Thursday, 23 December 2021. Answers will be posted on or around 30 December 2021.� Update 20 December 2021: Sign in sheet from 20 December site visit has been uploaded. Additional building 1906 will be added to the project. Additional information will be posted on or around 21 December 2021. Answers will be posted on or around 30 December 2021.� ******************************************************************** Demolition of B5022 The Magnitude of the proposed service is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter price on page 3 under Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Monday, 20 December 2021 at 02:30 PM CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver�s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.237-1 Site Visit. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
