This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is COCO001-22 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-01.
