- The Government has a NEW Requirement for a Wet Utilities Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality Contract (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for Wet Utilities projects and related services valued betw een $2,000 and $2,000,000 for the Naval Research and Development Establishment (NRDE) supported Commands at the Naval Air Station Patuxent River and Naval Support Facility Indian Head, MD; and Naval Support FacilityDahlgren, VA.The solicitation w ill result in a single aw ard of a Wet Utilities IDIQ JOC contract. The period of performance is for a one (1) year base, and four(4) 1-year option periods. The estimated maximum value for all periods is $25M. This procurement is 100% set-aside for eligible 8(a) SmallDisadvantaged businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 237110 Water and Sew er Line and Related Structures Construction with a size standard of $39.5M.Proposals are due electronically no later than 10:00 am EST on 22 December 2021.
