The item is already IUID (Item Unique Identification) marked for the manufacturer. �The end item is HMSAS(NOTM-A C130)AN/ASQ-251. To be shipped to: SW3121 DLA DISTRIBUTION ALBANY, GA 31704-1128. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies, or services.� FOB will be Origin and inspection acceptance will be Destination.� This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 01/06/2022.� Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.� This solicitation is an unrestricted procurement.� While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, proposed delivery, and per provisions: L&M Proc Note 215-9C09, L&M Proc Note 211-9051, and L&M Proc Note L22.� The required delivery is 180 days ARO (After Receipt of Order).� Best commercial packaging is acceptable. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).� Approved source is:� ViaSat Inc./ CAGE 47358.
