This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes referencing RFQ 36C24622Q0209. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular- 2022-01 dated 12/06/2021. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is for new OEM medical equipment only for VA Medical Centers. Exact model is requested with no substitutes because the standardization criteria are critical to the Government s requirements. The Government has the right to cancel this RFQ before or after the closing date. The Government will review all quotes submitted to ensure all items meet specifications.
