- VHAPM Part 813.106 SAP: Soliciting Competition & Evaluation of Quotations SOP Page 3 of 4 Original Date: 10/12/17 Revision 04 Date: 06/10/20 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 36C24622Q0211 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. This solicitation issued is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-01 Effected: 12-06-2021. This solicitation is set for Full and Open Competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519, with a size standard of $30 Million. The FSC/PSC is 7J20. The Richmond VA Medical Center requires an Annual Telephone Service and Support Agreement to continue software updates, upgrades, telephone application support, and software maintenance for PACS, PIV Readers, Video recording, and Monitoring systems. The service is as required 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and will be available by phone and web interface. If unable to resolve reported problems remotely, the vendor shall provide onsite support within 48 hours or scheduled within 48 hours. SSAs shall include all software updates throughout the Period of Performance. Certified technicians of the respective system shall complete the implementation of the software. The vendor shall provide certified technicians onsite for software implementation. Technicians shall be certified at the time of the award. Provide proof of technician certification with vendor pricing. If not the manufacturer, potential vendors shall submit evidence of an authorized dealer to the respective manufacturer. Proof submitted with quoted pricing.
