This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II)��������� This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).� Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NWWV00002200041SRG. (III)������� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-02 (DEC 2021) (DEVIATION 2020-11) (AUG 2020) (2020-05)(APR 2020)(2017-05)(Sept 2017). (IV)�������� This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 221210.� The small business size standard is 1000 employees. (V)��������� This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services and products Index Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) is found on the internet is referenced for unit pricing of heating fuel and the price submitted for invoicing with the C&G is marked up from the posted pricing and will include the Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) tax.� CLIN 0001:� MCGRATH � Heating Fuel, approximately 6000 to 6200 gallons for the twelve month period of 2/1/2022 through 1/31/2023. (VI)�������� Description of requirements is as follows � Statements of Need: CLIN 0001 SCOPE FOR NWWV00002200041 MCGRATH STATEMENT OF NEED (SON) FOR HEATING FUEL DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE (DOC) NATIONAL OCEANIC ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION (NOAA) NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE (NWS) WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE (WSO) � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �� PURPOSE: Obtain heating fuel for government housing area in the communities of Bethel, Alaska on a not to exceed basis. REQUIREMENTS:� Purchase and delivery of heating fuel to the National Weather Service Office and government housing areas for the McGrath community.� This will be for a period of 12 months from 2/1/2022 through 1/31/2023 and will be for automatic deliveries.� The rate per gallon is $_________ (two digits only behind decimal and provide the fuel index you are using) per gallon including Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Tax and Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund Tax (OLST 12/27/2020). The estimated cost for the 12 month period is not to exceed amount (NTE) $42,600.00.� Provide an invoice after each delivery within 72 hours.
