- This is a Sources Sought notice for informational and planning purposes and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the VA. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify qualified businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business, 8a Small Business and Small Business concerns that are interested in and are capable of performing the work described herein. Your responses to the sources sought will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 will be possibly issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) in the future to award a contract for an overhead track system used for rehabilitating patients. The salient characteristics and requirements are (may be subject to change): Surface scratch and scuff resistant with puncture resistant edges. Minimum of 12 of motorized height adjustment, 16 of manual adjustment, towards and away from viewer, 15 degree of tilt/swivel in all directions, 90 degree of rotation in either direction, weight capacity 200 lbs. Supports up to 4 diagnostic monitors Swing Arm w/Vertical Adjuster The Diagnostic Barco monitors is one big monitor is estimated to be 28.5 inches and weight around 35-45lbs. The four regular monitors is estimated to be 21 inches each.
