- The 922nd Contracting Battalion-Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Campbell, KY intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W91248-22-R-0002 for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to perform Washer and Dryer Maintenance Services for the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Vendors interested in this requirement should access www.SAM.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. This requirement will execute Washer and Dryer Maintenance Service projects at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. During the contract period, the Government will identify tasks required to complete each specific service. The services will include, but are not limited to, the maintenance and service of more than 2,100 individual washer and dryer units in approximately 86 buildings throughout Fort Campbell, Kentucky. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 811412- Appliance Repair and Maintenance. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be a Small Business set-aside. SELECTION PROCESS: The Government anticipates an award to the Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Evaluation factors will be listed in the solicitation, and non-price factors will reflect relative importance to price. Award of a Fixed-Price requirements contract is contemplated. ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The Government anticipates posting the solicitation on or after 07 February 2022. SOLICITATION WEBSITE: The official solicitation, when posted, will be available free of charge by electronic posting only and may be found on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, SAM.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Amendments, if/when issued, will be posted to the above referenced SAM website for electronic downloading. This will be the only method of distribution of amendments prior to closing; therefore, it is the Offerors� responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. REGISTRATIONS: Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a), Offerors shall have and maintain an active registration in SAM to be eligible for a Government contract award. If the Offeror is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity shall have valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. If, at the time of award, an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. This announcement serves as the Advance Notice for this project. Responses to this pre-solicitation are encouraged, but not required.
