Description

This is a Sources Sought Posting is to help identifiy potential and eligible contractors interested in operating, servicing, cleaining, maintaining, and repairing wastewater pretreatment systems (oil-water separators) and related equipment (grit traps and connecting drains) in accordance with local, state, federal regulations including 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and 49 CFR. Services shall be performed on Eielson AFB (EAFB) installation property. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring wastewater flow through pretreatment systems is maintained in a manner that will prevent the cause of nuisance orders and prevent service interruptions. OFFERS OR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A PRESOLICITATION OR SOLICITATION. ADDITIONALLY, THIS NOTICE DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR MULTIPLE CONTRACTS, AND IT DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR ANY BID AND/OR PROPOSAL PREPERATION COSTS. ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONDING TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT WILL BE SOLEY AT THE INTERESTED PARTY'S EXPENSE.� The U.S. Air Force is requesting the following infromation from Interested Parties: Company name and contact information to include phone number and email. Contractor capability statement. DUNS number and CAGE code. Business type: (large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, very small business,veteran-owned small business, service disabled veteran-owned small business) based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562998, small business size standard of $8M. All questions concerning this Sources Sought Posting should�be submitted in writing (email) to the Point of Contacts (POCs) listed below. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. Interested Parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned site for the release of the solicitation package and/or any updates and/or amendments to any and all subject documents. It is the sole responsibility of all Interested Parties to register for notification updates to any and all subject documents for the said action.
